- Easy to Use: Step 1: Pour the concentrate into a bottle, concentrate fabric dyes to water is 1: 5, shake well, then proceed with the tie-dye process. Step 2: Soak the handkerchief in clean water, shape it, apply drip dyeing to the pure cotton fabric. Step 3: Let it sit for 10 minutes, then seal it in a bag for 24 hours. Rinse thoroughly with water, remove the thread, and air-dry
