Legit Marketing Group LLC (“Legit,” “we”) is a marketing agency in Lexington, Kentucky. This policy covers our website and the reporting tools we run for clients.
1. Information we collect
What you send us through the contact form or email (name, email, phone, company, message); website usage through cookies and analytics; and the business data in client accounts we are authorized to work in, such as performance reports, ad spend and call logs. We do not collect payment card numbers and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. How we use information
To reply to you, do the work clients hire us for, build their reports, invoice, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal information.
3. Google user data and our reporting tools
When a Business Profile owner or manager signs in with Google and approves our reporting tool (Legit GBP Pull), it reads performance data for that account’s profiles: search terms, impressions, views, calls, direction requests and website clicks. It does not change anything on the profile. We use that data only to build reports for the client who owns the profile. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it outside that client and the Legit staff on the account. Reports are stored on company systems and deleted when no longer needed.
Revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use of information from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to see how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
5. When we share information
Only with service providers that run the business (hosting, email, analytics, invoicing, storage), when the law requires it, or in a sale of the business. We never sell or rent personal information.
6. Retention and security
We keep contact information while we work with you and delete it after. Client data and reports are kept only as long as the work requires. Access is limited to staff who need it, and connections are encrypted.
7. Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing email. Clients can revoke the reporting tool from their Google Account at any time.
8. Children, changes and contact
Our services are for businesses, not children under 13.
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top shows the current version.
